Na meer dan twintig jaar als programmamanager digitale transformaties, heb ik geleerd dat échte verandering draait om vertrouwen, samenwerking en het slim inzetten van techniek en communicatie op maat. Diezelfde principes pas ik nu al weer meer dan vijf jaar toe in de verduurzaming van VvE’s. Want ook hier vraagt het succes om het verbinden van mensen, het doorgronden van de context en het zetten van heldere stappen richting een duurzame toekomst. Met mijn achtergrond in projectmanagement, verandermanagement en de ervaring als externe voorzitter van meerdere VvE's help ik VvE’s om hun ambities waar te maken – stap voor stap en altijd met oog voor de menselijke kant.
